The calendars read the park’s booking system; a booking that reaches reception shows here as booked. The site never writes back into it, which is why reception confirms every request.

Enter your dates and your group, choose a house and send the request. Reception confirms with a payment request. Once that is paid, your booking is final.

The rent for your period, final cleaning, bed linen per person and tourist tax per person per night. Dogs and towels are added separately. Every house shows the total before you send anything.

Yes. The price list has a weekend rate, a midweek rate and a weekly rate. Stay longer than a week and you pay the weekly rate for each whole week and the extra nights at the nightly rate; other short stays are charged per night.

In most houses, yes, for € 25 per dog. Each house page says whether dogs are welcome. On the park your dog is always on a lead. Cats are not allowed.

2 nights. A week may start on any day; a midweek runs from Monday to Friday and a weekend from Friday to Monday.

To confirm your reservation, you pay at least 50% in advance. The full amount must be paid no later than 2 weeks before arrival.

That depends on the date of your written cancellation: more than 90 days before arrival free of charge, 90 to 42 days 30% of the rent, 42 to 28 days 50%, 28 to 14 days 75% and 14 days or less 100%. If you only say on the day of arrival or during your stay that you will not use the house (any longer), the full rent remains due. The full overview is on the Practical page.

Yes. There are houses for ten and twelve, and houses that stand next to each other can be requested together. See the groups page.

From 15:00. Check-out is before 10:00.
